Well, I can tell it’s been a while since I exercised regularly.
Yesterday, I hit all my goals. Calories, exercises, walking, all of them. The thing I noticed while I did was that those exercises were harder than I remembered. Not impossible, mind, but tough. I was a little winded after some of my walks, and my arms and chest ached after my push-ups.
I’m glad I did them, of course. I just wish wish I hadn’t let it go so long.
