This has been a long, draining week. I’m so glad that it’s almost over, and that I’m heading into a three-day weekend. It’ll be a chance to reset things, relax a little and get back on track with my goals. Because, yeah. Once again, circumstances have conspired to keep me from hitting most of my goals. I’ll spare you the litany of excuses here, and just note that at least I managed to hit my walking goal every day this week. And I haven’t gone too far over my calorie budget, I think.
I think I’ll have lost a little weight, and I’ll at least be back below 300 pounds. I don’t have much in the way of expectations beyond that, though.
But, hey! Three day weekend!
