First off, last week appears to have been a speed bump. Because I lost all the weight I’d gained, and then a little more in good measure. I guess it just goes to show what happens when I actually, you know, stick with my rules. Because I did pretty well last week. Except for my calorie count on Friday, but I’m not going to beat myself up over that. Because I still lost 8.8 pounds!
This week, I’m on vacation. Which has both pros and cons to it. The pros are that I’m far more likely to eat at home on vacation, and eating at home tends to be less calorie intensive. I also have more freedom to get my exercising and walking done whenever I want. The cons, of course, are that I have more freedom to get my exercising and walking done whenever I want. That means I’m off schedule, and it may actually be harder to hit some of my goals.
Doesn’t mean I’ll refuse the vacation, though.
