So that song has been stuck in my head ever since I got on the scales yesterday. Why? Well, I’m at 296 pounds now, which means I’ve lost exactly 123 pounds. Yes, my mind works in strange and ridiculous ways.
This should be another successful week. I don’t have anything on my schedule that will interfere with my exercises, and Saturday I’m taking my son to the Zoo. Which means more walking. Good times abound. Also, I’m committed to hitting my goals of “making all of my meals” and “not snacking” this week, which should also help.
But really, at the end of it all, I just feel good. Because I’m still under 300 pounds!
