Quick Little Check-In

Not a whole lot to say, here.  Today’s a market holiday, so my office is closed and I’m on vacation.  I have no significant plans to do anything at all.

I’m getting closer, though!  Despite my concerns after having to severely curtail my exercise last week, I still lost 1.8 pounds.  That puts me just four miles to my halfway goal of 100 pounds lost, and now I’m champing at the bit.  And my toe is really starting to feel better – maybe I’ll be able to get back to walking tomorrow.

I’m not going to push myself, though.  I’d rather delay my exercise and be healthy, than push myself and cause myself more problems.  But still, just 104 pounds in total left!
