FitBit Customer Service Experience, Part One

So, here’s what I sent them:

First, I was wondering if any progress had been made on the issue I reported? Specifically, the app keeps logging me off and forcing me to log back in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as a prior reply suggested, and it made no difference. I’m still being forced to log on to the app two to five times per day, at random intervals. This didn’t happen until the latest update of the app.

Second, the latest version of the app doesn’t accept changes to portion sizes once food is recorded. Once I update a change in portion sizes (such as eating three servings instead of two), I will need to review the app and make the change again multiple times per day and sometimes even the next day as well. This is frustrating to say the least, and it also makes me concerned that the app is not accurately recording my calorie intake. Please fix this.

Of course, I had problems with my connections.  So it seems I emailed them three times off one message, which makes me look like a bit of a raving lunatic.  Still, let’s see how this goes.
