Those Lightning Fitness cards I talked about a while back? They decreed that, today, I was going to work my abdomen!! Work it to the tune of 20 reverse crunches, 20 sit-ups, 10 bicycle crunches, and 15 vertical leg crunches. Oh, and 20 push-ups for good measure.
Folks, I can’t do a sit-up. But I tried!
And my reward for trying? A sore gut. But I still feel pretty good.
